Cancellation & Refund Policy

ABZ MART PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore adopted a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
- Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to vendors/merchants and the shipping process has begun.
- ABZ MART PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables, etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer proves that the delivered product is of poor quality.
- In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the issue to our Customer Service team. The request will be entertained once the merchant verifies the issue at their end. This should be reported on the same day of product receipt.
- If the received product does not match the description on the site or does not meet expectations, customers must notify our Customer Service within the same day of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team will then take an appropriate decision.
- For complaints regarding products with a manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.
- For any refunds approved by ABZ MART PRIVATE LIMITED, it will take 1-2 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
